Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables Basic Blend
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bok Choy (raw)
- 1 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 30 g Leek Raw
- 3 oz Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Planters Cooking Peanut Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sherry Cooking Wine
- 3 tsp Ginger Root
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
Directions
Put 2 Tbsp Peanut Oil in Wok. Heat to very hot. Place leeks in oil, grill 2 min. Add garlic grill 1 minute add ginger, grill 1 minute. Add rest of vegetables, grill 3-4 minutes. Add Wine and soy sauce & enjoy.
