This is delicious on toast. It is a white gravy with sliced, dried beef chips in it. Made with Skim milk.

Ingredients

Directions

Chop beef into 1" squares.

Brown beef in 1/4 cup butter in a deep pot.

Add 1/4 cup of flour. Stir well to avoid burning.

Once the flour has browned slightly (30 seconds to 1 minute) add milk.

Add salt and pepper.

Stir the gravy to avoid burning.

Once the mixture begins to bubble, remove the pot from heat.

Let it cool and thicken for five minutes.

Make toast.

Spoon gravy onto toast and enjoy!
