Chocolate Almond w/ blueberry no cook protein bar
Ingredients
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 5 scoop Protein Chocolate
- 5 tbsp Organic Milled Flax Seeds
- 2 cups Skim Milk Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Extract
- 1 cup Dried Blueberries
- 1 cup Almond Butter (smooth)
Directions
mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl
combine
put into a 8x8 inch pan (spray with cooking spray first!). Pat down so even consistency & leveled
Place in freezer for 1 hour or more
Cut into 18 pieces
