Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, chewy chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Bread Flour
- 16 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Egg Yolks
- 2 tbsp 2% Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Melt butter. Cream butter and sugars together. Add egg, yolk, milk, vanilla. Mix until well blended. Incorporate flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
Chill for at least 30 minutes. Scoop onto baking sheets, allowing room to spread. Bake 9-14 minutes, depending on how soft you want them.
