Chocolate Chip Cookies with Andes Mints and Almonds

Minty, nutty, chocolatey cookies.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mints
- 1 cup Almonds Sliced
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Mix sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and eggs in large bowl by hand (or on low with KitchenAid). Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Dough will be stiff. Stir in chips and nuts.
3.Spoon doughs onto ungreased cookie sheet(s).
4.Cook for 8-10 minutes.
