Chocolate Coconut LaraBars

Yummy Snacks anytime of the day! A great way to kill that sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 1/3 cup Roasted Almonds
- 2 cups Dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp Cocoa (natural, Unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Chips
Directions
Place nuts in food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add in dates, coconut, cocoa and cinnamon. Pulse until a clump forms in the processor.
2 options:
Start making LaraBar balls right out of the food processor OR press into 8x8 pan for bars (line pan with wax paper for easy clean-up). For LaraBars: Form quarter size balls.
Baggie them up and put in fridge to harden for later snacking.
Store in fridge for a week.
