Ingredients
- 1 scoop - Whey Protein Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Unprocessed Wheat Bran
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 drops Stevia Clear (liquid)
- 1/2 tsp Premium Quality Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Original Psyllium Husk
Directions
In the mix:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 drop stevia
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Topped with butter and syrup. YUM!
NOTE: For this version add at least 1/2 tsp of coconut extract to give pancakes coconut flavor!!
