Chocolate Mug Cake

Quick and easy sweet tooth fix; especially when you do not keep things like this on hand.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 4 tbsp Pure Cane sugar - Granulated White
- 2 tbsp Tollhouse Cocoa
- 4 tbsp Milk-1%
- 3 tbsp Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 oz Imitation Vanilla Flavor
Directions
In a decent-sized mug (at least 8 oz), mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well (be sure to really mix well as the dry mixture tends to really stay to the bottom and sides if not well stirred). Add a splash of vanilla and chocolate chips (preferably mini ones) if desired, although recipe not based on this option.
Put in microwave for 3 minutes. About half way through, mixture will look like it is going to spill over, but it does not! Actually pretty cool to watch.
