Chocolate Nut Butter Cups

This 4-ingredient recipe will satisfy your sugar cravings in an instant. The antioxidants in dark chocolate can give your skin a radiant glow. And studies have shown that dark chocolate can help reduce anxiety.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 12

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

1 Melt chocolate on the stovetop or in the microwave.
2 Pour about a tablespoon of smooth melted chocolate into each ice cube compartment.
3 Refrigerate ice cube tray 5 minutes until chocolate begins to firm up.
4 Mix together the nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
5 Spoon the nut butter evenly over the cold chocolate molds.
6 Cover each compartment with remaining melted chocolate (about a teaspoon for each mold.)
7 Refrigerate another 15 minutes until chocolate is solid.
