This tasty concoction not only offers kefir (a fermented dairy product) for a healthy gut, but it also combines high-quality whey protein, cacao, bananas, pecans and spinach for a flavorful, nutrient-dense way to start your day.

Directions

1. Add cacao powder, protein powder, kefir, banana, pecans, spinach, ice cubes and water to a blender. Add more or less water depending on desired consistency.

2. Blend on high until mixture achieves a smooth consistency.
