Chocolate Oatmeal Protein Bars

A Clean Eating Protein Bar
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Quaker Oats Old-fashioned
- 1/3 cup Flax Meal
- 1/3 cup Wheat Germ
- 5 scoop Iso-100 Protein Powder
- 2 packet sweetens Stevia Plus
- 1/2 cup Special Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup Cereal
Directions
Line cake pan with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan evenly (I usually ony cover 3/4 of the pan). Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes Cut into 12 servings. Keep refrigerated.
