18 grams of protein and only 100 calories perfect with healthy toppings! so yummi top with anything you desire! peanut butter is the best

Ingredients

Directions

combine dry ingredients
then combine the egg whites and pumpkin to the dry mixture
microwave for 1 minute n a microwavable safe bowl or ceramic it will puff up and look like a bundt cake.
flip over when done onto a plate

* suggestions: it will be a bit dry so spread with Peanut butter, almond butter(any nut butter of choice) cream cheese, jam, or chocolate syrups or chips, fresh fruits! or fruit syrup...and with light ice cream/frozen yogurt is delicious.
