Chocolate Protein Cake.

Ingredients
- 15 g Vanilla Whey Protien
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Carob Powder
- 3 tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 tbsp Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1 packet sweetens Stevia Plus
Directions
combine dry ingredients
then combine the egg whites and pumpkin to the dry mixture
microwave for 1 minute n a microwavable safe bowl or ceramic it will puff up and look like a bundt cake.
flip over when done onto a plate
* suggestions: it will be a bit dry so spread with Peanut butter, almond butter(any nut butter of choice) cream cheese, jam, or chocolate syrups or chips, fresh fruits! or fruit syrup...and with light ice cream/frozen yogurt is delicious.
