High Protein Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Whipped, Heavy, Ultra-pasteurized
- 2 cups Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate
- 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese - Low Fat
- 6 scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein
Directions
First mix the water, heavy cream and Jell-O pudding mix together in a bowl using a hand mixer. Then add the cream cheese and blend until smooth. Next add the UMP a scoop at a time. Once the mixture is evenly blended into a thick creamy texture it's ready. Use a spatula to evenly distribute the mixture into your pie crust. Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (overnight works even better) and your cheesecake will be set and ready to eat! You can garnish with a tbsp of Fat Free Redi Whip.
