1. Warm sweet potato puree in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
2. Add chocolate and stir until well mixed, smooth and creamy.
3. Take off the heat and let cool for 20-30 minutes or until thickened.
4. Use frosting to ice cupcakes or cakes.
