Chocolate Weetabix Chocolate Loaf

Very simple to make, tasty & high fibre
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup British Semi-skimmed Fresh Milk
- 2 biscuit Weetabix Chocolate
Directions
Put all ingredients except flour in a large bowl & leave for 1 hour til milk soaked in.
Grease & line a loaf tin, heat oven to 170C
Sieve flour & mix well into mixture.
Bake 1 hour 10 mins (check after 1 hour)
Ready when knife comes out clean.
Turn out onto cooling rack
Can be eaten warm or allow to cool & store in airtight container
