Chrissy's Meatloaf

This is my Daughter Chrissy's Great Meatloaf Recipe. She made it one night for dinner and really blew me away. It's a simple recipe to follow but the flavor is really great. Give it a try I don't think you will be disappointed.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef 93/07
- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs Plain
- 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, Fluid
- 1/4 cup Onions
- 1/4 cup Celery
- 1 tsp California Style Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Parsley, Freeze-dried
- 1/5 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper, Black
Directions
Place the Ground Beef in a large bowl. Grate in 1 medium onion, and 2 stalks of celery. Add Ketchup, egg,Heavy Cream, and seasonings. Mix well by hand. Start adding breadcrumbs to stiffen up mixture. (do not add to much of the breadcrumbs) You don't want to make the mixture to dry.
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees / Shape mixture into a loaf shape, and bake for approx. 30 min / check for doneness / let stand for 10-15 min before cutting. ENJOY!
