Delicate, light and crunchy, these lace cookies make a great afternoon treat to accompany coffee or tea. The batter might not seem to yield much, but you only need a small spoonful for each cookie. Be sure to space the dollops of batter far enough apart to allow plenty of room for them to spread.

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix the flour, arrowroot and sea salt in a bowl and combine.
3. Mix the oil, syrups and vanilla in another bowl.
4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. The batter will be somewhat thin.
5. Drop batter with a teaspoon onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
6. Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the cookies.
