Chuck's Asian No Mayo Slaw

Asian Flavored Slaw with Splenda
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cabbage, Green
- 1/3 cup Onions, Green
- 1 inch long , Carrots
- 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Splenda Packet
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce Lite
- 2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Tap Water
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Peanuts
Directions
Shred cabbage, Slice green onion on bias, peel and shred carrot. Place in large bowl.
Vigorously whisk remaining ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Pour dressing over cabbage and toss. ( this slaw is best served with in 1 hour of tossing. Take the dressing in a separate container if 'toting' it and toss at serving location.) Garnish with chopped peanuts.
