Low Carb Chicken with fried onion ring breading
Ingredients
- 25 oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce*
- 2 4/5 oz French Fried Onions
Directions
Flatten and season breasts to taste. Melt butter and combine with w-sauce. Dredge chicken in mixture, then crushed onion rings. Arrange on baking pan on top of parchment paper. top with remainig butter mixture.
Bake 350 45 min or until done.
