Crock Pot Pulled Pork Recipe
Ingredients
Ryan's BBQ Rub:- 2 tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tbsp Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika 3.62 oz
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Minced Onions
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 lb Whole Pork Tenderloin
- 6 oz Beer
- 4 tbsp Barbeque Sauce Original
Directions
Ryan's BBQ Rub: Mix ingredient. Apply to steak, ribs, etc.
Night before - Cut off large fat covering, if any. Rub tenderloins with rub mixture. Let stand in frig over night. Coat tenderloins with BBQ sauce. Put in crock pot. Add beer.
Cook low - 8 hours
Cook high - 4 hours
When done, use 2 forks to pull apart tenderloins. For less fat, remove before pulling. Use liquid to dip pork in for more moist sandwiches.
