Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 2 g Sage, Fresh
- 1 cup Onions
- 2 medium Apples
Directions
Pork - cut into 1 inch slices
onion - sliced and separated into rings
apples - cored and cut into wedges
Rube sage on pork slices. Coat large skillet with Pam. Cook on Med-Low 5 minutes on 1 side. Turn over slices, add apple and onion. Cook 7 minutes more, or until pork is done.
