Chuck's Curry Pork Loin Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless Pork Loin
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 cup Onions
- 6 oz baby carrots
- 1 cup Celery
Directions
Pork - cut into 1 inch slices
Veggies - cut wedges thin wedges
Rube Spices on to pork steaks. Coat large skillet with Pam. Cook on Med-Low 5 minutes on 1 side. Turn over steaks, add veggies Cook 7 minutes more, or until pork is done. Stir veggies occasionally.
