Ciabatta Bread, no-knead

No-knead ciabatta flat bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups Unbleached Flour
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 2 cups Water
Directions
1. Use warm water, add yeast and salt, mixing slightly.
2. Add flour to water, mix well with a spoon.
3. Leave in a bowl for 8 to 12 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 400F.
5. Bake for 25 mins, or until golden brown on edges or top.
6. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
