2 Cups of Old Fashioned Oatmeal 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 1/2 Cup Egg Whites Sprinkle: Cinnamon Nutmeg Truvia (natural sweetener)

Ingredients

Directions

Cook two cups of oats and 1 Tbsp of Chia seeds in water

and then pour 1/2 cup of egg whites on top.

Mix until the whites harden

and then sprinkled cinnamon, nutmeg, and Truvia (or any other sugar-free sweetener you like) on top.
