Clam chowder with corn, celery, carrots & potatoes.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Doxee Snow's Chopped Clams in Clam Juice
- 1 cup Onions
- 234 g Carrots
- 7 4/5 oz Celery Hearts
- 3 average potato
- 5 cups Tap Water
- 1 cup Half And Half
- 10 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
- 10 oz Cream Of Mushroom
Directions
Chop carrots, celery, potato, and onions. Put in the pan with 5 cups of water. Bring to a rapid boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, until vegetables are soft. Stir in corn, clams, and half & half. Add can of cream of mushroom soup to thicken. Cook on medium-low heat until desired consistency. You may also need to add an equal parts water-flour paste to increase thickness.
