manhattan clam chowder
Ingredients
- 216 g Onions
- 409 g potato
- 400 g Organic Baby Carotts
- 240 ml All Natural Clam Juice
- 56 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 284 g Canned Clams
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
Directions
saute all veg except tomatoes - add basil - toss
put in tomatoes, clams and clam juice - simmer for 40 minutes
