Chocolate mints are delightful to eat on the go or after dinner. Here is a recipe that’s great as a dessert or filling enough to be the bulk of a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 fruit without Avocados, raw, California, sliced
  • 4 Ice Cube
  • 2 cups Water, tap, well, divided
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 4 medium banana, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Honey, divided
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

Directions

1. Blend the avocado, honey, peppermint, ice, ½ cup water in a blender and set aside.
2. Blend the cacao, honey, banana and ¾ cup of water in another container.
3. Alternate pouring layers of each mix to fill two glasses.
