Coconut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
- 1/4 cup Organic Agave Nectar
- 1 Banana, extra small
Directions
Place the cashew nuts on a coffee grinder and process until finely ground.
Add to a large ball with the remaining ingredients, you have to mash the banana first, (save a bit of the shredded coconut) and mix well. Make balls and coat them with the remaining shredded coconut, add more if necessary.
Refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
