Coconut cake

Easy and quick. Ideal for afternoon tea
Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut Meat
- 2 large Egg White
- 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
First we beat the white until it hardens. Then a glass mix the grated coconut, sugar and vanilla and add the white. Mix well.
After we spread the mold with butter and put the dough, trying to match the surface. We put in the oven at medium temperature for about 20 minutes or until toasted see the surface.
Sprinkle the surface of the cake with a little grated coconut. Serve cold.
