Wake up to a refreshing, flat-belly treat that tastes like it’s straight from the tropics. Packed with resistant starch and potassium, bananas are a healthy carbohydrate offering metabolism-boosting and bloat-reducing benefits. Fresh orange juice and ripe mango are packed with immunity-strengthening vitamin C, while mango can help you feel fuller with fewer calories.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, Unpasteurized
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/4 medium frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 6 Ice Cube
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine the fresh orange and lime juices, chopped mango, banana, cashews, coconut milk, honey, and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
2 Pour into a glass and serve topped with shredded coconut.
