Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine white sugar, cranberries and brandy in small sauce pan and cook till sugar is completly disolved and cranberries are soft. May need to add a bit of water (1/4 cup).

In the meantime, peel and slice apples(1/4" thick )
Mix in cranberry mixture to the apples and spoon into a prepared pie crust Mounding 2" high ni center. Cover with top crust or use the french crumble topping mixture.

Keebler brand makes mini gram cracker crusts (6 mini crusts per package)

French Crumble topping
Combine brown sugar, butter and flour to make topping.
Bake on lined baking sheet for 60 minutes
