Decadently creamy and chocolaty, this smoothie is so indulgent that it’s hard to believe it’s packed with so many superstar ingredients. Quality dark chocolate (anything above 65 percent cacao) contains antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, which help speed up metabolism.

1. In a blender, combine the cacao powder, cannellini beans, banana, date, cinnamon, chocolate milk, and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into two glasses, top with cinnamon, and serve.
