Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 servings red potato
- 3 servings Zucchini, Raw
- 4 servings Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cups Fat Free Skim Milk
- 3 tablespoons Fat Free Sour Cream
- 8 servings Onions, Green
- 0 cups Soup, Chicken Broth
- 1/4 teaspoons salt, table
- 2 servings Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon
Directions
Adaptation of jimithing2424's "cream of zucchini soup"
Heat broth on medium and add in cubed potatoe and seasoning. Add bouillon cubes. Chop up green onions and zucchini. Mix in a bowl cream cheese with sour cream until well blended. Add in milk little at a time and mix well. Add zucchini and onion after potatoes have cooked for about 5 minutes. Cook another 5 minutes on medium-low until all vegetables are tender. Take off heat and add in milk mixture and stir. Each serving is about 1 cup size.
