Need to use up all that zucchini from your garden? Here's a delicious way to do it! The original recipe (from a family friend) called for sour milk but I substituted sour cream for an extra-moist cake. I also substituted brown sugar for white granulated.

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan.
3. Finely grate the zucchini.
4. Cream together butter, oil, and sugar.
5. Add eggs and sour cream. Beat well.
6. Stir in zucchini.
7. In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips.
8. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
9. Let cool before serving.
