Created by Joseph Kwiatkowski and Heather Huettl, The Purple Room, Palm Springs, CA. Drink is made best with dry gin and Chandon Rose'.

Ingredients

Directions

TO MAKE SAGE AND HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP:
1 Cup Light Honey
5 sage leaves
Bring a pot of water almost to a boil. Add sage and honey and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain the infusion through a coffee filter to limit the green hue from the sage.

TO MAKE COCKTAIL: Combine ingredients in chardonnay glass. Add ice to nearly fill and top with Chandon Rosé (about 2-ounces). Garnish with one sprig of desert lavender after using it briefly to stir the cocktail.

TIP: This drink is best made with frozen grapes.
