This easy-to-make smoothie bowl recipe features a unique main ingredient: the beautiful dragon fruit. It's high in antioxidants, which can guard against free-radical damage. The mildly sweet fruit is also rich in digestion-aiding fiber. Enjoy the bowl as an energy-boosting breakfast.

1. Using a paring knife, cut the dragon fruit in half, and then peel off the outer layers with your hands. Discard the outer layers.
2. Place the cut fruit in the bowl of a food processor.
3. Add the raspberries, bananas, shredded coconut, protein powder, bee pollen, maca and coconut milk to the food processor.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
6. Garnish with your toppings of choices.

Notes:
- This recipes uses a frozen banana
