Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This easy-to-make smoothie bowl recipe features a unique main ingredient: the beautiful dragon fruit. It's high in antioxidants, which can guard against free-radical damage. The mildly sweet fruit is also rich in digestion-aiding fiber. Enjoy the bowl as an energy-boosting breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 tropical Dragon Fruit
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1 scoop Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Bee Pollen
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

DIRECTIONS

1 Using a paring knife, cut the dragon fruit in half, and then peel off the outer layers with your hands. Discard the outer layers.
2 Place the cut fruit in the bowl of a food processor.
3 Add the raspberries, bananas, shredded coconut, protein powder, bee pollen, maca and coconut milk to the food processor.
4 Blend until smooth.
5 Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
6 Garnish with your toppings of choices.
7 Notes:
  This recipes uses a frozen banana
