Egg White Oatmeal Wrap/Tortilla with protein powder

I have adapted the Oatmeal Egg White Pancake recipe to make something that I could put anything on. I use this for anything I would put in a tortilla, wrap, bread or bun. I crave salty / garlicky foods. If you would like a milder flavor you might want to start with a 1/4 tsp of each spice and adjust according to your individual taste. I use Pure unflavored Protein Powder. Just use your favorite unflavored brand. It might change the nutrient info a little bit. Pure is something I ordered off the internet.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 12

  • 1/4 cup Oatmeal, Dry
  • 3 serving 1 Large Egg White
  • 1 scoop Unflavored UU Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Spices, Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar

DIRECTIONS

1 Put all ingredients in Bullet or Food processor.
2 Process into batter.
3 Pour Silver Dollar Size onto hot pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4 Pick up pan and move around to spread into a 4 - 6 inch thin circle.
5 Cook until bubbly
6 Flip and cook other side.
