I have adapted the Oatmeal Egg White Pancake recipe to make something that I could put anything on. I use this for anything I would put in a tortilla, wrap, bread or bun. I crave salty / garlicky foods. If you would like a milder flavor you might want to start with a 1/4 tsp of each spice and adjust according to your individual taste. I use Pure unflavored Protein Powder. Just use your favorite unflavored brand. It might change the nutrient info a little bit. Pure is something I ordered off the internet.

Directions

Put all ingredients in Bullet or Food processor.

Process into batter.

Pour Silver Dollar Size onto hot pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Pick up pan and move around to spread into a 4 - 6 inch thin circle.

Cook until bubbly

Flip and cook other side.
