Everyday Green Smoothie

Everyday Green Smoothie

It isn’t too sweet, and it’s balanced with healthy fats {avocado!}, plant-based protein {chia seeds!} and a healthy dose of greens for good measure.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 1/2 cups Baby kale
  • 1/2 tbsp CHIA SEED
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender combine: pear, baby kale, chia seed, apple cider vinegar, unsweetened almond milk, salt, ice. Blend until smooth.
2 Add more almond milk until desired consistency achieved.
