Pancakes aren’t just for breakfast: They also make a memorable dessert, especially when chock-full of chocolate chips. The batter consists of three main ingredients: banana, eggs and a pinch of sea salt. That’s right -- no flour is required!

Ingredients

Directions

1. Thaw raspberries, if frozen.
2. In a small bowl, smash raspberries. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, fully mash (fully-ripened) banana with fork.
4. Add eggs and salt and whisk with fork until well combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Spritz two large stick-resistant skillets with cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
7. Ladle the batter in the skillets, about 1/2 cup each; tilt and swirl skillets to make large thin pancakes.
8. Cook until browned on both sides, about 2 minutes total. (Alternatively, cook on griddle or prepare in batches in one skillet.)
9. Serve warm topped with smashed raspberries.
