Savoring these chocolate-drenched blackberry delights is one tasty way to meet part of your daily fruit servings. Not only do blackberries provide significant fiber and vitamin C, but they also burst with fruity sweetness. And when coated with chocolate, how could anyone say no?

1. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
2. Gently melt the chopped chocolate (about 60% cacao) with the almond milk and extracts in a double boiler (or heatproof bowl placed over simmering water).
3. In batches, 6 blackberries at a time, gently add the berries into the chocolate ganache mixture, roll to coat, and remove one blackberry at a time with a slotted spoon to the lined sheet, allowing excess chocolate mixture to drip back into pan. Repeat until all blackberries are coated. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.
4. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Store in the refrigerator. Box up as desired for gifting, keeping chilled.
