1. Over low heat, warm milk until small bubbles form but before it begins boiling.
2. Add salt, cocoa, chocolate and stir in until melted and combined.
3. Remove from the heat and place in the fridge until cold.
4. Add 4 cups of ice to the blender and add the cooled chocolate liquid.
5. Blend until smooth and divide between glasses.
6. Top with whipped cream, if using.
