1. Blend vodka with chilled brewed coffee and unsweetened coconut milk, chocolate hazelnut butter, pure vanilla extract, and a handful of ice. Make sure consistency is smooth -- no lumps.

2. Top with two tablespoons of coconut milk whipped topping.
