Berries are very high in antioxidants, and eating them raw leaves those free-radical absorbing compounds alive! Melons are high in potassium and very hydrating. The fun part of this dessert is that you can choose basically any fruit at all, and the dragon fruit whipped coconut cream is gorgeous and healthy bonus.

  • 2 cups strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup mango, sliced
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, chopped

Layer fruit and dragon fruit whipped cream* in glasses or bowls, placing 1-2 tablespoons of whipped cream in between each layer of fruit.
