INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1/4 cup Whole Natural Almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1 Add banana, strawberries, plain greek yogurt, whole almonds, almond milk and ground cinnamon to a high powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and consistent (no lumps).
2 Pour into a glass and ENJOY!
