This fun, triple-layered smoothie combines the colors and flavors of the galaxy.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Blend ½ cup banana, pineapple, ½ cup yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey to make a yellow layer and set aside.
2. Blend ½ cup banana with ½ or all of the raspberries, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ cup yogurt and ¼ cup of water to make the pink layer. Set aside.
3. Blend ½ cup banana, blueberries and the remaining yogurt, honey and water to make a purple layer.
4. Divide the yellow blend into two glasses.
5. Pour the pink layer on top of each of the yellow layers.
6. Pour the purple layer on top of each glass.
7. Add a straw.

Notes:
- If you want more of a swirling galaxy effect, simply take a straw and pull the top colors towards the bottom.
- If you want clean layers, be sure to put the heavier, yellow layer on the bottom of the glass (it could sink right through the purple layer if you try to put it on top).
- Any yogurt will work, but each has a slightly different consistency. You’ll want to adjust the water to achieve your desired thickness.
