There are mixed opinions about whether the allicin in garlic, which is its most important antibacterial component, stays alive through cooking. Some sources say it survives heat; others claim it’s rendered useless. Bell peppers can be used cooked, but when eaten raw they have the most amount of vitamin C left intact.

1. Mix all ingredients except bell peppers together in a bowl until well combined and refrigerate for one hour so flavors can marry
2. Spoon 2 tablespoons or more of dip into each pepper slice

*You can use Icelandic Skyr yogurt instead of Greek yogurt if preferred.
