Garlic Mustard Greens

Ingredients
- 3 servings Fresh Garlic
- 11 3/5 servings (1 Cup Chopped, 56 g)
- 2 servings Olive Oil
- 4 servings Vinegar, Balsamic
Directions
650g Mustard Greens
30g garlic, or to taste
2 TBsp olive oil (or any oil you have on hand)
4 TBsp vinegar (any kind, I like balsamic or apple cider)
Sweat garlic in oil, add mustard greens and turn to cover. The greens will cook down quickly, so you can dd in batches if necessary. After they cook down a bit, sprinkle with vinegar and cook off until greens are tender, but not mushy or soggy. Pepper to taste.
