INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 large Egg White
  • 2 sprig marjoram
  • 3/4 oz 100% Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Abricot du Roussillion
  • 1 1/2 oz gin

DIRECTIONS

1 Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin and dry shake without ice.
2 Add ice and shake vigorously.
3 Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a marjoram sprig.
4 TIP: USE PASTEURIZED EGG WHITES.
