Ginger Chicken Poke

This poke bowl is packed with nutrients and flavor. Black rice has antioxidants and fresh ginger is soothing to your digestive system.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 3 cups Black Rice
  • 2 cups Cooked Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Onions, Green, Raw
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tamari Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil, canola
  • 1 tsp Oil, canola
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger People Pantry Essentials Grated Ginger

DIRECTIONS

1 Mix tamari, garlic, ginger and 1 tsp oil with chicken; let marinate 5 minutes
2 Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to a pan over med-high heat and cook chicken until firm, approximately 7-8 minutes.
3 Mix rice with a dash of orange blossom water and place in serving bowl
4 Place chicken top rice and scatter green onions over
5 Place seaweed salad next to chicken
