These delicious blondies feature a secret ingredient: chickpeas! The chickpeas are what make the blondies gluten-free and fudgy.You'll toss in almond butter for added protein.

1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, almond butter, egg, dates, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Lightly coat a rectangular cake pan with cooking spray
4. Use a spatula to spread the mixture into a single layer.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes
6. Cut into six squares. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the squares.
